Savannah River International – Building #2

Vault Partners was invited to bid in a public RFP process for the auction of 500 acres owned by the Georgia Ports Authority. Ultimately, Vault was selected from a group of 15 developers to acquire and develop 70 acres in the Savannah River International Trade Park. Vault developed two buildings totaling 531,487 square feet of institutional grade industrial warehouse equaling $34MM. Building #2 was a speculative building that was leased upon completion
